Operating across the entire country, we process up to 150,000 tonnes of concrete annually, relying on a proven process developed and mastered over more than 25 years:
1. Concrete Crushing
The collected poles and sleepers are crushed to a 0/300 grading.
The steel elements are separated and processed to ensure full compatibility with foundry requirements in the recycled steel sector.

2. Crushing
The 0/300 material produced during the initial crushing of concrete poles is processed using a crusher, reducing the material size to 0/80 at the outlet.
3. Material Screening
We operate our own screening equipment to deliver a finished product ready for material recovery.
4. Use of Recycled Aggregates
Recycled aggregates are fully qualified materials suitable for road construction, earthworks, sub‑base layers, and trench backfilling.
