The Expert in Wood Waste Recycling
With nationwide coverage, our Group collects and recovers treated and hazardous wood waste, including poles and sleepers from electrical and railway networks.
Quote A Regulated Process
Our Villedieu‑la‑Blouère site is ICPE‑certified (Classified Installation for Environmental Protection).
During unloading operations, our drivers are trained to identify the different types of wood treatment (creosote or metallic salts) and to carry out weighing by wood category.

1. Shredding
The collected wood is processed through two to three successive shredding stages to achieve a particle size compatible with energy recovery via nationwide outlets, including cement plants and biomass power stations.
Wood chips are used as an alternative to fossil fuels such as coal and petroleum coke.

2. Waste Evacuation and Transport
Following shredding, all wood chips are stored in covered indoor facilities.
The material is subsequently evacuated using covered moving‑floor containers and transported to approved cement kilns or biomass power plants.

3. Disposal and Recovery
Thermal recovery is performed in cement plants or biomass power facilities using proven and reliable processes, enabling the complete destruction of complex organic molecules, the stabilization of heavy metals, and the neutralisation of acids and pollutants contained in flue gases.
